Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance, fault finding, and repair of LV distribution boards, lighting circuits, power outlets, and small power equipment.
- Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and faults in water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
- Perform routine cleaning, filter replacement, and basic servicing of split and package AC units.
- Carry out minor carpentry repairs on doors, locks, furniture, partitions, and fixtures.
- Receive and execute reactive maintenance work orders within assigned response time.
- Follow planned PPM schedule for assigned equipment and areas.
- Complete all maintenance logs, checklists, and work order close out forms clearly and on time.
- Use and maintain all hand tools, power tools, and PPE in good working condition.
- Follow all client site safety rules, Permit to Work requirements, and APEX HSE procedures.
- Report any safety hazard, near miss, or incident immediately to the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in multi trade facilities maintenance in residential, commercial, corporate, or office environments.
- Industrial/Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related trade.
- Working competence across at least three of: Electrical (LV), Plumbing, HVAC (split/package AC, ducting), and General Building Maintenance.
- Valid Saudi driving license (optional).
- Basic First Aid training an advantage.
- Arabic and/or English language proficiency to read work orders and safety instructions.
- Valid & Transferable Iqama required.
- Valid Saudi Council Membership (SCE) required.

- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in multi trade facilities maintenance — Residential, Commercial, corporate, or office environments. GCC/KSA experience preferred.
- Education: Industrial / Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related trade. Recognized trade certification is an advantage.
Core Trade Skills & Additional Requirements
- Working competence across at least three of: Electrical (LV), Plumbing, HVAC (split/package AC, ducting), and General Building Maintenance.
- Basic Fire Alarm / BMS familiarity (optional).
- Valid Saudi driving license (optional).
- Basic First Aid training an advantage.
- Arabic and/or English — able to read work orders, safety instructions, and complete basic maintenance logs.
- Valid & Transferable Iqama required.
- Valid Saudi Council Membership (SCE) required.
