- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
- Attend guest requests and requirements as promptly as possible
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
Requirements
- 2 3 years of experience in FM Industry in UAE
- Multi skilled with experience in more than one scope of services related to Facilities management (MEP & Civil Works)
- Ability to work to the highest standard and in line with current best practice and guidelines
- Positive and professional approach to tenants, ensuring high standard of customer service
- Compliance with Health and Safety guidelines, policies and procedures

Job Description

- Should be multi skilled with experience in more than one scope of services related to Facilities management (MEP & Civil Works).
- To always demonstrate a positive and professional approach to our tenants, ensuring wherever possible the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction.

- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language, and prepare and review information in a variety of formats accurately and completely.
- To attend guest request and requirements as promptly as possible.
- Perform Other Reasonable Job Duties As Requested By Supervisors.
- Attend shift working when required.
