Responsibilities
- Support facilities engineering and technically lead the team for FM Activities in the Projects
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems
- Maintain, operate all HVAC systems, MEP System & other system with maintenance and building repairs
- Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations
- Monitor and supervise Preventive Maintenance contracts
- Perform activities conforming with EH&S Policy, applicable regulatory, company EH&S rules and requirements
- Respond to emergencies
- Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken
- Review and understand equipment and methods of operation
- Maintain compliance authority regulations and standards
- Support any afterhours building maintenance needs and activities as required
- Attend training sessions and seminars on potential improvement in FM trends
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 Years’ Experience in FM Field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a reputed University
