MTS - Systems Performance Engineer

WHAT YOU BRING

• Deep System-Level Performance Expertise: Proven experience in designing and executing system-level performance testing for enterprise-grade solutions, including servers, storage (SAN protocols like iSCSI, NFS, SMB), and databases.
• Strong Linux Systems Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with Linux systems, including in-depth knowledge of the network configuration, storage stack, system settings, and common command-line utilities crucial for performance tuning.
• Technical Ownership and Mentoring: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and provide architectural direction to software and performance engineers, elevating the technical quality and impact of the entire team.
• Problem-Solving and Analysis: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of translating complex performance data into actionable engineering improvements that lead to high-quality product releases.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
