Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Manager with strong exposure to Forex and international markets, including commodities, CME, LME, and other global exchanges.
The role focuses on MT5 platform management, trading operations, pricing control, and risk monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain MT5 server operations, including symbols, access groups, and data feeds
- Configure contract specifications, spreads, swaps, leverage, and liquidity mappings
- Monitor server performance, execution quality, latency, and pricing accuracy
- Handle trading operations, client exposure, hedging activities, and LP coordination
- Identify and control arbitrage opportunities, pricing discrepancies, and execution risks
- Manage markups, commissions, dynamic spreads, and execution models (A-Book / B-Book)
- Prepare trading, risk, volume, and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and support audits and reconciliations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in Forex operations and MT5 platform management
- Strong knowledge of Forex, commodities, indices, futures, options, and CFDs
- Hands-on experience with CME, LME, and international exchange instruments
- Solid understanding of spreads, swaps, margining, liquidity routing, and execution models
- Practical exposure to arbitrage detection and risk management systems
- Experience working with bridge systems such as FX CUBIC, centroid, Tools for Broker, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using MetaQuotes Admin/Manager tools
- Knowledge of FIX API and market data feeds
- Background in a forex brokerage, prop trading firm, or trading desk
- Python/SQL or data analysis skills (an advantage)
