Merit Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Engineer II to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients.

Individuals in this position are required to provide proactive, remote and onsite engineering support to clients as needed.

Merit Technologies is a Managed Service Provider located in Greenville, SC.

We support a wide variety of technologies and organizations.

We work as partners to our clients offering RMM, managed services, CIO services, VOIP, security, SaaS development, and disaster recovery.

• Local residence in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina geographical region.
• Provide technical support on-site, and/or remotely via phone and/or email to the Merit client base.
• Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure solutions for clients.
• Troubleshooting a variety of computer/server/network issues in a timely manner.
• Maintaining, repairing, moving, or carrying computer equipment.
• Configuring computer networks all while adhering to all company standards and policies.
• An experienced professional with a full understanding of Information Technology.
• Well-developed troubleshooting skills and tested methodologies.
