Job Summary
Work as an MS Dynamics CRM Tester in the airline booking and reservation domain.
Validate CRM workflows, integrations, and end-to-end airline booking journeys across web, mobile, API, and automation frameworks.
Collaborate with onsite Abu Dhabi and offshore teams.
Location and Contract
- Work from the Abu Dhabi office five days a week.
- This is a long-term contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and automation testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain Selenium WebDriver automation scripts using Java.
- Validate flight search, reservations, ticketing, payments, check-in, loyalty, cancellations, and customer service workflows.
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, automation suites, and scenarios based on requirements and user stories.
- Test integrations with booking engines, payment gateways, loyalty platforms, and third-party APIs.
- Perform API testing using Postman or REST clients and execute SQL queries for backend validation.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners across onsite and offshore teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release cycles.
- Manage defects in JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Support UAT, production release validation, and automation regression execution.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 8 years of software testing or QA experience.
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 testing experience.
- Strong airline booking or reservation domain knowledge.
- Hands-on Selenium WebDriver and Java automation experience.
- Experience with Selenium, Java, TestNG or JUnit, and Maven or Gradle automation frameworks.
- API and integration testing experience using Postman or REST Assured.
- SQL experience for data validation.
- Understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and distributed-team experience.
