Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced AI Engineer specializing in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agent development, and AI testing.
The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI-powered solutions for airline business processes.
The position is based in Abu Dhabi and requires working from the office five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI solutions using Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and AI agent frameworks.
- Build and deploy AI agents, agentic workflows, chatbots, and automation solutions.
- Design and execute testing strategies for models, LLMs, and AI agents.
- Perform validation, prompt, performance, regression, security, bias, and fairness testing.
- Establish automated testing frameworks, evaluation metrics, and monitoring processes.
- Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices for deployment, testing, and governance.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams on airline-focused AI solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, vector databases, and AI models.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks and autonomous workflows.
- Strong knowledge of LLM evaluation, agent testing, functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, security testing, and prompt optimization.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP AI services.
Domain Experience
- Experience in the airline, aviation, or travel industry is mandatory.
- Understanding of airline operations, customer service, reservations, crew management, airport operations, or passenger experience solutions is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, AI governance, and responsible AI frameworks is preferred.
