Job Overview
The role is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 Developer position focused on technical delivery and leadership.
The developer will support CRM solutions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Project Operations, and Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Develop plugins, workflows, cloud flows, form scripting, and Dynamics CRM SDK solutions.
- Customize CRM entities and integrate enterprise systems through REST, SOAP, and custom connectors.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and drive software development best practices.
- Collaborate on project scope, timelines, and deliverables with architects and project managers.
- Conduct reviews, enforce coding standards, and manage production deployments and releases.
- Maintain technical documentation and perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Required Skills and Experience
- Have at least 4 years of experience customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Have at least 4 years of C# programming experience with object-oriented programming and domain-driven design knowledge.
- Have at least 4 years of web service development experience using REST and SOAP.
- Understand Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
