The MRO Project Manager is responsible for overall project management practices and reporting across the MRO; for new customer and aircraft type implementations; work planning activities; and integration management of large, multi-disciplinary projects that may touch heavy maintenance, modifications, engineering, shops & manufacturing, and supply chain .

Reports to: Director of Maintenance

Dotted Line Reporting : Director of Engineering

Works in co-operation with : Hangar Operations & Department Managers

• Support the DOM and DOE with professional project management practices and discipline
• Manage MRO project planning process from Business Development contract release to aircraft induction/aircraft completion; or from concept thru execution and delivery for complex mod programs.
• Directly manage large, inter-disciplinary, and complex aviation projects
• Interact effectively with Business Development, Engineering, Shops & Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Maintenance leaders
