Responsibilities
- Receive instructions from the direct supervisor regarding providing transportation to the concerned party and coordinate with them
- Contribute to the delegation of drivers' tasks and organize their routes during field missions, and ensure that drivers are informed of any updates
- Schedule daily and weekly traffic routes, monitor the preparation of reports, and audit any obstacles and challenges
- Monitor drivers' compliance with applicable traffic rules and regulations, as well as etiquette and protocol
- Carry out organizational and administrative tasks as directed by the direct supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics and supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent
- 0 2 years experience
- Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English, including reading, writing, and speaking
- Ability to respond to inquiries and articles, deliver speeches, listen, and draft
- Ability to use Google Maps and navigation systems
- Knowledge of and adherence to traffic laws and regulations

Job Purpose
- Implementing transportation and vehicle movement activities within the Protocol and Hospitality Department, and monitoring drivers' affairs while they perform their assigned tasks, based on the recommendations of the traffic officer and the department head.
Tasks and Responsibilities
