Job Summary
The supervisor coordinates all move-in and move-out activities, including shifting, loading, unloading, property inspections, and handover procedures.
The role manages site teams, coordinates with clients and building management, monitors resources, and maintains safety, quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily move-in and move-out activities.
- Manage site teams and allocate tasks according to the schedule.
- Coordinate with clients, tenants, building management, and internal teams.
- Conduct pre-move-in and post-move-out inspections.
- Ensure proper handling, packing, loading, unloading, and shifting of items.
- Monitor manpower, vehicles, tools, and required materials.
- Protect properties during moving activities and check for damages.
- Prepare inspection and move-out reports.
- Complete assigned moving and handover activities on time.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in moving, relocation, facilities, or property services.
- UAE experience is preferred.
