Assist with planning and coordinating technology projects, including scheduling, documentation, task tracking, and status updates.
Work with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies or gaps and clarify deliverables.
Help monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, or dependencies that may impact timelines and development of KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports for operations and leadership.
Prepare project communication materials, meeting notes, and reports for stakeholders.
Support the rollout and adoption of new systems, upgrades, and process improvements.
Assist in developing and delivering training of IT Core Systems (i.e., ERP systems) and other technology solutions.
Help administer training sessions for new hires and existing staff, including virtual, onsite, and hybrid training.
Maintain and update training documentation, reference guides, and process walkthroughs.
Evaluate learner progress and help address competency gaps through additional coaching or resources.
Partner with business units to understand operational processes and help document system requirements.
Participate in testing system enhancements, upgrades, and new features; gather user feedback and document results.
Help troubleshoot Core System issues, escalating as necessary.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes or reduce system issues.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or equivalent certifications; OR equivalent experience/internships.
Strong interest in technology, business analysis, or project management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly, think critically, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms.
Exposure to ERP systems (Infor XA experience a plus).
Experience and/or certifications related to IT, training, or project management.
Understanding of basic project management and change management.
Experience in training, documentation, or user support activities.
Office environment with consistent computer use.
Periodic travel to company facilities as needed.
Occasional after-hours support during go-lives or urgent project events.
