We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our team at Semco Tank Holding. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficiency. This role also performs hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance on blow molding machines, injection molding machines, molds, auxiliary equipment, and facility systems.
The position supports production by minimizing downtime, improving reliability, and ensuring maintenance work is properly prioritized, planned, and executed.
Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate maintenance schedules with production to minimize downtime.
Create and manage work orders in the maintenance management system (CMMS) or maintenance logs.
Ensure required parts, tools, and labor are available before scheduled work begins.
