Proven experience as a Moulder Operator or in a similar industrial milling or manufacturing environment
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to use various measuring devices accurately
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards under production deadlines, with a safety-first mindset
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions
Dependable and organized work habits , with a focus on punctuality and efficient task management
