- Serve as a professional representative of PRYPCO within the Abu Dhabi market

- Minimum of three years' experience within the UAE mortgage market
- Direct experience working with UAE banks
- Established relationships with UAE banks and an active client portfolio
- Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred
- Results oriented professional capable of working independently and meeting performance targets

Position Overview
- The Mortgage Advisor will be responsible for managing the end to end mortgage advisory process, cultivating relationships with partner banks, and contributing to the expansion of PRYPCO's channel partner network.
- The successful candidate will represent PRYPCO professionally across the Abu Dhabi market and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a high standard of client service.

- Manage the full mortgage lifecycle, from initial client engagement through to loan disbursement.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with Mortgage brokers.
- Oversee end to end file processing with accuracy and adherence to regulatory and procedural requirements.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners to support business growth.
- Serve as a professional representative of PRYPCO within the Abu Dhabi market.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of three years' experience within the UAE mortgage market is essential.
- Direct experience working with UAE banks is mandatory and will be verified prior to interview scheduling.
- Prior experience within a bank's broker channel is considered an advantage.
- Established relationships with UAE banks and an active client portfolio.
- Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- A results oriented professional capable of working independently and meeting defined performance targets.
