- Develop and deliver lessons and activities that align with Montessori methods, catering to individual needs and interests of each child
- Foster a child centered environment that promotes hands on learning and self directed exploration
- Create and maintain a well organized, clean, and inviting classroom environment that supports Montessori principles
- Observe and assess students to monitor their progress, interests, and developmental needs
- Provide individualized guidance to support academic, social, and emotional growth
- Maintain open, ongoing communication with parents about child's progress and classroom experiences
- Participate in parent teacher conferences and provide recommendations for supporting child's growth at home
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Montessori Certification is mandatory
- Experience as a Montessori teacher or in a similar educational role is highly desirable
- Multilingual proficiency in English, Arabic, and French is an advantage
- Deep understanding of Montessori principles and child development
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
