About the role
The Modern Workplace Specialist joins the Modern Workplace team within the Professional Services practice.
The role translates client needs into Microsoft-based technology solutions for distributed business users and IT resources.
The position involves client delivery, solution design, adoption, change management, and work across concurrent projects.
Schedule
- The schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Work mode

Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and document client use cases, processes, and goals.
- Recommend Microsoft-based solutions for business challenges.
- Develop solutions using SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate.
- Create functional specifications, wireframes, user stories, process diagrams, and training resources.
- Build relationships with clients, internal teams, and third-party subject matter experts.
