Key Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Modern Trade sales within FMCG, bottled water, beverage, or food and beverage.
- Strong experience handling major supermarkets, hypermarkets, and Modern Trade accounts in the UAE.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and increasing product listings, distribution, visibility, and market share.
- Strong relationships with key buyers and decision-makers in UAE Modern Trade.
- Experience in promotions, merchandising, shelf management, and competitor analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE FMCG market is essential.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage Modern Trade sales across major supermarkets, hypermarkets, and UAE retail accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and increase product listings, distribution, visibility, and market share.
- Manage promotions, merchandising, and shelf presence.
- Analyze competitors and market activity in the UAE FMCG sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key buyers and decision-makers.
- Lead and manage sales team activities where required by the role.
