Role Overview
The Driver Salesman is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The role combines product delivery, customer service, sales support, payment collection, and market feedback reporting.
Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles to deliver mineral water to retail and wholesale customers.
- Follow planned routes and schedules and coordinate with dispatch and warehouse staff.
- Load and unload products, verify quantities, and manage vehicle stock.
- Maintain invoices, delivery notes, and payment records.
- Promote products, build customer relationships, and collect payments where required.
- Report customer feedback and market insights to the sales team.
- Check vehicle safety, maintain cleanliness, and follow traffic and company safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong driving skills with a valid UAE driving license and clean driving record.
- Basic sales and customer service abilities, including relationship-building and negotiation.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills for invoices, delivery notes, and cash collections.
- Physical ability to load and unload products and manage vehicle stock.
- Ability to follow routes, schedules, and company procedures reliably.
- Clear English communication skills; additional regional languages are advantageous.
- Prior delivery, FMCG distribution, or field sales experience is preferred.
- Integrity, punctuality, and attention to safety and product handling standards are required.
