Job Summary

  • We are seeking a motivated and results driven Modern Trade Executive to manage key customer accounts and drive business growth across Modern Trade, E Commerce, and Q Commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and strategic business partners.
  • Oversee daily operations across Modern Trade, E Commerce, and Q Commerce channels.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure effective execution of customer plans.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient execution of customer requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with online marketplaces and delivery platforms.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable business insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Modern Trade, Key Account Management, Q Commerce, or E Commerce.
  • Experience working with platforms such as Keeta, HungerStation, Amazon, Noon, and other relevant marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and commercial activities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
