- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and strategic business partners
- Oversee daily operations across Modern Trade, E Commerce, and Q Commerce channels
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure effective execution of customer plans
- Develop and implement promotional activities to achieve sales targets
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with online marketplaces and delivery platforms
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable business insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Modern Trade, Key Account Management, Q Commerce, or E Commerce
- Experience working with platforms such as Keeta, HungerStation, Amazon, Noon, and other relevant marketplaces
- Strong understanding of sales operations and commercial activities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools
