Mobile Technician

The successful applicant must have current AppleCare Technician Certifications (ACTC), including:

Apple Certified Support Technician (ACST) and/or

Apple Certified Repair Technician (ACRT)

In addition, you will have:

Understanding of Apple authorized repair processes, diagnostics, and quality standards.

Basic understanding of mobile devices and hardware components.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Basic computer literacy for system updates, diagnostics, and documentation.

Ability to work safely and effectively while handling sensitive electronic components and customer devices.
