GardaWorld is seeking a Multi-Site Mobile Security Supervisor to support a key client across multiple locations. Based in Barrie, you will provide leadership, coaching, and operational support to frontline security guards while ensuring compliance with client requirements and GardaWorld standards. Travel throughout the region, including occasional visits to Sudbury, North Bay, Timmins, and other locations, is required using a company-provided vehicle.
This role is ideal for an experienced security professional who enjoys leadership, employee development, operational support, and building strong client and employee relationships while maintaining high service standards across multiple sites.
