Key skills for this role
Strong experience in maintenance and PPM regimes to SFG20
Proficiency in PC and MS Office applications.
Recognized 3rd Level Qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar.
Excellent fault diagnosis skills
Experience with BMS Controls and HVAC systems.
Good technical knowledge and the ability to project manage and multitask.
Ability to work to high standards against agreed timescales with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of emergency response, standby, and call-out activities and protocols.
Experience with UPS, standby power, lifts, boilers, and HVAC systems.
Experience with electrical systems, switchgear, and earthing systems (LV & HV).
Eligibility to become a company SAP for LV systems
Full UK Driving Licence
City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
2391/2394/2395 Testing & Inspection qualification desirable but not essential.
Proven experience in electrical maintenance, ideally in a mobile role.
Strong fault-finding skills and knowledge of commercial electrical systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Desirable:
Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
Knowledge of additional Mechanical building services (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
IPAF, PASMA, or ECS Card.
