Mobile Lending Specialist

Demonstrated business development experience and the confidence to build strong referral and community networks.

Solid home lending experience with the ability to support members across a diverse range of customer needs.

High-level sales skills with an exceptional member focus and genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.

Proven success in relationship management, referral partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.

The ability to lead needs-based conversations that uncover customer needs and provide tailored lending solutions.

Exceptional communication, organisational and time-management skills.

A strong desire to make a positive contribution to the communities in which you work.

Strong lending experience is highly desirable, together with an understanding of local market dynamics and community engagement.

You will join Beyond Bank's national lending channel: a connected, high-performing team focused on growing our home lending presence and delivering exceptional member outcomes across Australia.

While you will have the flexibility and autonomy to build strong relationships within your local market, you will be supported by ongoing coaching, experienced sales leadership, a dedicated loan fulfilment team and a mobile coordination team that assists with lead allocation, pipeline management and member engagement.

Together, we will help you focus on what you do best: building relationships, having quality lending conversations and helping members achieve their home ownership goals.
