Mobile Developer (React Native)

Location and work arrangement

• This is an onsite role based at the employer's Bengaluru office in Mahadevapura, Karnataka.
• The role is expected to work onsite four days per week, with the possibility of five days per week based on business needs.

Role overview

Required experience

• 5–8 years of software development experience and at least 3 years of hands-on React Native experience are required.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and cross-platform mobile development is required.
• Experience with scalable mobile architecture, reusable component libraries, and iOS and Android application delivery is required.
• Knowledge of APIs, authentication, state management, offline support, push notifications, and third-party integrations is required.
• Experience with mobile performance, security, automated testing, monitoring, and production debugging is required.
• Experience with Xcode, Android Studio, native build systems, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
• The role requires leading complex features, conducting code reviews, defining engineering standards, mentoring junior engineers, and using AI coding tools responsibly.
