Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Build and integrate generative AI applications using managed GenAI APIs and open-model endpoints.
• Implement context engineering workflows involving instructions, retrieved knowledge, tool definitions, and conversation memory.
• Develop prompts and maintain RAG components, including chunking, embeddings, vector databases, and search.
• Support knowledge graph, Graph RAG, and agentic workflows using tool calling, planning, and memory.
• Integrate agents with external tools and data sources using MCP, with exposure to A2A.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain GenAI and agentic applications in production.
• Perform data preprocessing, document ingestion, and basic API development.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers, and participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field is required.
• Three to six years of professional experience in software or AI development is required.
• Exposure to generative AI and agentic AI, plus experience contributing to collaborative AI or software projects, is required.
• Exposure to cloud-based AI or machine learning environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python is required.
• Understanding of foundation models, LLMs, tokenization, embeddings, and context windows is required.
• Hands-on prompt engineering and foundational context engineering experience are required.
• Practical experience building RAG systems, including chunking, vector databases, and semantic search, is required.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs and Graph RAG is preferred.
• Exposure to agentic AI development using Google ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, or the OpenAI Agents SDK is required.
• Awareness of tool calling, MCP, and agent harness concepts is required; A2A familiarity is a plus.
• Experience with major GenAI APIs and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is required.
• Understanding of Docker, Git, AI compliance, data privacy, guardrails, and responsible AI is required.
