Role overview
Manage and oversee mobile car wash vans and cleaning teams.
Take responsibility for daily operations and high-quality service delivery at customer homes and offices.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and schedule daily routes for mobile wash vans and cleaning teams.
- Supervise and monitor service performance and quality.
- Ensure vans and equipment are properly maintained and ready for daily use.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues on-site.
- Track productivity, expenses, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with drivers and technicians to meet service targets.
Requirements
- Previous car wash services or field operations experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills are required.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred in the requirements list but marked required elsewhere.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is required.
- Comfort using smartphones and basic scheduling and reporting apps is required.
Compensation
- The stated pay is AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
- The role offers performance-based incentives.
Workplace and employment
- The position is full-time.
- Work is performed in person across customer homes and offices.
