8 Customs Auto Care is hiring a Quality Check Inspector to ensure vehicle quality before and after service.
The role focuses on quality control, vehicle condition documentation, and premium delivery standards.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles before work begins, document their condition, and record all issues.
- Conduct final quality checks after services are completed.
- Verify that vehicles are clean, damage-free, and compliant with company standards before client delivery.
- Check paint, detailing, wrapping, upholstery, and accessories for defects or incomplete work.
- Communicate defects and incomplete work to service and detailing teams.
- Use inspection checklists and take photographs when necessary for documentation.
Requirements
- At least two years of quality control or inspection experience in a car care center or auto workshop.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of automotive appearance and finishing standards.
- Ability to identify scratches, imperfections, and incomplete interior or exterior work.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Punctual, organized, and committed to a premium customer experience.
- English language proficiency is preferred.
