Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and guide the mobile development team across iOS and Android.
- Own day-to-day execution, delivery progress, technical output, priorities, timelines, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Break down work, assign tasks, monitor progress, and act as the first escalation point for mobile technical and delivery issues.
