Lead a Java backend engineering team while remaining hands-on with technical direction and development.
Own team structure, priorities, delivery quality, technical direction, and operational reliability.
Work with Product, QA, DevOps, Mobile, Trading, Risk, and other stakeholders.
Team and Technical Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and guide Java backend developers and support onboarding and knowledge sharing.
- Break down work, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, identify blockers, and manage escalations.
- Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, documentation, and engineering standards.
- Support complex technical issues and communicate technical decisions across stakeholder teams.
