Role Overview
The Program Manager provides strategic leadership for the Marj & Mak Vocational Center (MMVC), overseeing workforce development, education, vocational training, financial capability, benefits navigation, and employer engagement initiatives that promote long-term economic mobility for women experiencing homelessness.
The Program Manager develops employer and educational partnerships, supervises staff, manages program performance, ensures grant compliance, and leads continuous quality improvement.
Through trauma-informed, strengths-based, person-centered practices grounded in the social determinants of health, the Program Manager advances equitable access to meaningful employment, education, financial stability, and career advancement opportunities.
Additionally, this position involves close collaboration with the Director of Health and Wellbeing.
