Role Overview
Bridge data science research and AI engineering to support smooth software delivery.
Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and automated pipelines for AI platforms and RAG pipelines at scale.
Apply cloud, CI/CD, and machine learning lifecycle expertise.
Infrastructure and Automation
- Manage scalable GCP infrastructure with Terraform, including GKE clusters, firewalls, and network policies.
- Maintain SDLC CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Renovate, Sonar, and Artifactory.
- Optimize cloud performance and reduce operating costs.
- Build ML pipelines on Vertex AI for RAG architectures and automated Qdrant ingestion.
- Implement evaluation pipelines for LLM systems and agentic workflows.
- Use automated deployment strategies such as A/B testing and canary releases.
Monitoring and Reliability
- Develop monitoring and alerting for production models and infrastructure.
- Implement data and model drift detection.
- Support compliance and data privacy across the ML lifecycle.
- Maintain Langfuse, OpenTelemetry, and Prometheus observability integrations.
- Use distributed tracing and logging to diagnose bottlenecks and optimize microservices and agentic workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or MLOps roles.
- Proficiency in GCP and advanced knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including GKE.
- Expertise in Python, GitHub Actions, Renovate, Sonar, Artifactory, Argo CD, and Helm charts.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and Airflow data orchestration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Vertex AI, RAG pipelines, Qdrant, and LangChain or LlamaIndex is preferred.
- Open-source DevOps or MLOps contributions are preferred.
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, or similar certifications are preferred.
