- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks
- Manage and maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and taking drink orders
- Assist with setting up and breaking down catering beverage stations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and techniques
- Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mixologist, bartender, or server in a fast paced environment
- Ability to craft a variety of cocktails and mocktails
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to food and beverage handling
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for creating quality drinks and delivering outstanding service
- Certification in Mixology or Bartending (optional but a plus)
- Previous experience with catering events
- Mocktails and cocktails: 6 years (Required)

Overview
- We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Mixologist/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks, managing beverage stations both in our shop and at catering events, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks
