MIS, Forecasting & Budgeting Analyst/Manager.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and KPI reports, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Lead annual budgeting and business planning, coordinate with department heads, consolidate budgets, and monitor utilization.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, rolling, and scenario-based forecasts and assess risks affecting accuracy.
• Perform variance, profitability, trend, business-driver, revenue, cost, cash-flow, and performance analysis.
• Develop financial models, ad hoc reports, cost optimization recommendations, and actionable management insights.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and HR teams and present insights to senior management.
• Improve reporting and financial planning processes, maintain internal controls, and drive automation using Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.

Required Qualifications

• CA qualification.
• 5–7 years of experience in MIS, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Power Query; Macros and VBA are preferred.
• Financial modeling, business analysis, budgeting, and forecasting capability.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• IT industry or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Hands-on FP&A, management reporting, dashboard development, reporting automation, and senior leadership exposure are preferred.

Work Mode

• Hybrid work mode in Pune.
