Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple departments to support business operations
- Develop and maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and analytical tools
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities through data analysis
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reports
- Automate repetitive reporting processes using Excel formulas, VBA, or Power BI
- Coordinate with different teams to gather inputs and update reports on time
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all business data
- Support management in decision making through timely insights and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 1 3 years of experience as an MIS Executive or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, dashboards, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (optional but preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to handle large datasets and work with attention to detail
- Time management and multitasking abilities

Job description
- We are looking for a detail oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data collection, analysis, and reporting across departments.
Key Responsibilities

- Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple departments to support business operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and analytical tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) as an MIS Executive or similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, dashboards, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (optional but preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle large datasets and work with attention to detail.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.

- Pay: AED 2,800.00 AED 3,200.00 per month
