Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking systems
- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, IBM Cognos, SSRS, Tableau, and Advanced Excel
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects for reporting and analytics
- Design and implement ETL processes using SSIS, Informatica, Ab Initio, and related technologies
- Automate recurring MIS and regulatory reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Develop executive level reports providing actionable business insights
- Monitor and ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards
- Support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements
- Collaborate with Data Warehouse, Business, Risk, Operations, Finance, and IT teams
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Reporting, Dashboard Development, and Data Analytics
- Experience in designing and delivering enterprise reporting solutions
- Proficiency in Power BI, IBM Cognos, SSRS, Tableau, and Advanced Excel
- Strong SQL skills and experience with database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
- Experience with ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Ab Initio)
- Experience in banking and regulatory reporting environments highly preferred
