About the Role

Responsibilities
- Administer and support applications deployed on Red Hat OpenShift
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application and platform performance
- Manage deployments, configuration changes, and incident resolution
- Ensure SLA compliance, security standards, and audit requirements
- Maintain high availability and disaster recovery environments
- Support integration platforms and middleware components
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm Charts
- Experience with DevOps Pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Experience with IBM API Connect, IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM MQ, IBM DataPower
- Experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) and IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D)
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, API Gateways
- Experience with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, ELK Stack
- Redis Administration & Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Red Hat Linux, Apache, Shell Scripting
- Experience with OS & Application Patching and Hardening
- Knowledge of SSL/TLS, HSTS, Security Compliance & Audit Support
- Experience with Disaster Recovery, High Availability, Performance Tuning
