- Develop new business opportunities for Marmara’s minted gold and silver products
- Identify and appoint authorized distributors, bullion dealers, wholesalers, and retail partners
- Build relationships with banks, bullion dealers, coin dealers, jewellery manufacturers, online bullion retailers, and institutional clients
- Develop new international markets and distribution channels
- Negotiate commercial agreements and long term supply partnerships
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies
- Represent Marmara at international bullion conferences, exhibitions, and industry events
- Work closely with marketing and senior management to support product launches and brand expansion
- Achieve agreed sales targets and business development objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the precious metals or bullion industry
- Proven experience selling or distributing minted gold and silver investment bars
- Existing relationships with bullion dealers, distributors, wholesalers, or international precious metals companies
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English is required
- Willingness to travel internationally

- Marmara Precious Metals is an international precious metals group specializing in physical gold and silver trading, dore gold purchasing, precious metals refining, and bullion distribution.
- As part of our international expansion, we are launching our own range of premium minted gold and silver investment bars and are building a global distribution network across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and other international markets.
- We are seeking a commercially driven professional to lead the business development and international distribution of our minted bullion products.
Job Summary
- The Minted Bullion Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding Marmara’s global dealer network, identifying new distribution channels, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing sales of our minted gold and silver investment bars.
- The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to establish Marmara as a recognized international minted bullion brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for Marmara’s minted gold and silver products.
- Identify and appoint authorized distributors, bullion dealers, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Build relationships with banks, bullion dealers, coin dealers, jewellery manufacturers, online bullion retailers, and institutional clients.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the precious metals or bullion industry.
- Proven experience selling or distributing minted gold and silver investment bars.

- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with internationally recognized bullion brands or refineries is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
