About the role
We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Mining Administrator to join our Production team. Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through accurate data management, effective communication, and seamless coordination of production-related administration.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for
Maintaining accurate production records and assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensuring timely and accurate data entry into production systems
Supporting scheduling, timesheet collation, and leave tracking for production crews.
Managing personnel logistics, including accommodation and uniform coordination.
Coordinating administrative requirements for shift coverage, toolbox meetings, and internal communications.
Managing document control for procedures, SWIs, and compliance records.
Providing administrative support for audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
Liaising across departments to align production plans and operational needs.
Assisting with meeting coordination, presentation preparation, and reporting documentation.
Undertaking adhoc administrative tasks that support the Production team.
