Driving and transportation duties
- Safely operate the company Coaster bus for daily worker pick-up and drop-off between accommodation, offices, and work sites.
- Transport workers safely and on time according to the company schedule.
- Drive light vehicles for official company duties when required.
- Assist site and office teams with transportation-related tasks and official errands.
Vehicle care and compliance
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and report maintenance or mechanical issues to management.
- Follow UAE traffic laws, company driving policies, and all health and safety requirements.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is properly maintained, fueled, and ready for daily operations.
Documents, materials, and samples
- Collect and submit company documents to clients, suppliers, government offices, and other relevant locations.
- Purchase and collect office or site materials and other items as instructed by management.
- Collect material samples from suppliers or project sites and deliver them to the designated laboratory, consultant, or client.
- Collect documents, samples, materials, and other items from project sites, suppliers, and offices as assigned.
- Maintain proper records and obtain acknowledgements or signatures when submitting documents or samples.
Required capabilities
- Ability to safely operate the company Coaster bus for worker transportation.
