Construction Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Construction Sales Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, identifying project opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the areas of construction, fit-out, carpentry, and play areas.

• Generate new business opportunities for fit-out, carpentry, construction, and indoor/outdoor play area projects.
• Identify and approach potential clients, contractors, developers, consultants, schools, nurseries, hotels, restaurants, malls, and commercial establishments.
• Visit construction sites and client locations to identify upcoming projects and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Promote the company's fit-out, carpentry, custom furniture, playground, and play-area solutions.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/design team to prepare suitable solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, BOQs, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms and close sales while maintaining company profit margins.
• Monitor the market and identify upcoming construction, fit-out, and play-area projects.
• Follow up regularly with clients from initial inquiry through quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, and project handover.
• Coordinate with the project, design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed projects.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales/business development experience in construction, fit-out, carpentry, building materials, playgrounds, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and contracting market is preferred.
• Existing relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, schools, nurseries, or commercial clients will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Good command of English. Arabic or other languages will be an advantage.
