Millwright Superintendent

The Millwright Installation Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing the installation, alignment, maintenance, and commissioning of industrial machinery and equipment on job sites.

This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable standards and specifications.

Superintendent provides leadership to millwright crews, coordinates with project stakeholders, and drives quality and productivity in all installation activities.

This is working superintendent role, HAND ON!!!

Willing to consider someone with foreman experience.

• Supervise and coordinate millwright crews involved in installing, maintaining, and relocating industrial machinery and equipment.
• Plan and execute installation sequences, including rigging, alignment, precision measurement, and mechanical assembly.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee rigging operations, including lifts, hoisting, and crane coordination.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards (OSHA, etc.).
