Millwright

Millwright is a highly skilled trades professional responsible for the full lifecycle of industrial machinery, including installation, alignment, maintenance, repair, dismantling, and relocation.

This role requires precision, mechanical expertise, and the ability to work in demanding environments while ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

Millwrights serve as critical contributors to production uptime, equipment reliability, and successful project execution across manufacturing facilities, power plants, and construction sites. ________________________________________ 2.

Key Qualifications & Core Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on millwright experience in industrial settings
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, alignment techniques, and precision measurements
• Experience with rigging, hoisting, and heavy equipment operation
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs regularly
• Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international)
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including overtime, weekends, and outages
• Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled and physically demanding environments Equipment Experience Required:

• Overhead cranes
• Scissor lifts and aerial lifts

• Collaborates with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production Teams
