Currently enrolled in, or eligible to register for, the Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) 433A Apprenticeship Program.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance principles.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, grinders, cutting torches, and welding equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to follow instructions and take initiative.
Fast-paced environment.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks requiring standing, bending, climbing, and repetitive movements.
Overtime and weekend work where required.
Able to work shift work on a rotating basis.
