About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Midlevel QC & QA Specialist to handle end-to-end testing efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
This role combines hands-on testing expertise with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring QA teams, driving best practices, and acting as the main point of contact for all quality-related matters.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong in both manual and automated testing, and confident in leading client-facing discussions.
**Testing Strategy & Execution**
- Design, plan, and oversee end-to-end testing strategies across the SDLC
- Ensure coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements
- Define and implement risk-based testing and regression strategies
**Automation & Manual Testing**
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks
- Perform detailed manual testing to identify edge cases and hidden defects
**Bug Tracking & Quality Control**
- Identify, document, and track defects with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues
- ****Continuous Improvement****
- Stay updated on new testing tools and methodologies
- Drive innovation and improvements in QA processes and practices
Requirements
- ****Experience****
- 3+ years of experience in QA/QC
- Strong experience in both manual and automated testing
- Proven experience designing test plans, test cases, and regression suites
- ****Technical Skills****
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and SDLC
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
- Experience with version control systems
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus
- ****Education****
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
