Requirements
- 6 8 years of experience in UX/UI design

- Strong understanding of user research and design thinking methodologies

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Manager UX/UI Designer to lead the user experience design process for digital products related to Open Finance.
- The role focuses on creating intuitive, seamless, and user centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for wireframing, prototyping, usability testing support, and UI design, while collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- This role requires someone who can own the design lifecycle, advocate for users, and contribute to the evolution of UX strategy and design processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design the information architecture and interaction flows for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps to ensure intuitive navigation and seamless user journeys.
- Apply user centered design principles to improve usability and product adoption.
- Develop low fidelity and high fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Miro.
- Create high quality UI designs, mockups, and interactive prototypes aligned with design systems.
- Work closely with UI and development teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross functional teams to align design with product strategy.
- Present design concepts, research insights, and usability findings to stakeholders.
- Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements
