About the Job
IDOM is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join its Buildings team in KSA.
The role supports the design, development, and delivery of electrical systems for building projects.
The position initially contributes to a major international project while supporting other projects as required.
Role Activities
- Design, calculate, and coordinate electrical installations.
- Provide electrical engineering design and technical coordination support across building projects.
- Work with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines in a BIM-oriented environment.
- Support delivery of project objectives across ongoing and future projects.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is required.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in electrical building-services projects is required.
- Experience with international or complex multidisciplinary building projects is required.
- Advanced knowledge of low-voltage systems, lighting, power distribution, earthing, lightning protection, cable containment, and photovoltaic installations is required.
- Proficiency in DIALux, Caneco BT, ETAP, PVsyst, or equivalent tools is required.
