Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards and maintain supporting documentation
- Prepare monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, Statement of Changes in Equity)
- Review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal vouchers
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor budget performance and analyze variances
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations
- Prepare and review VAT returns and Corporate Tax computations
- Oversee banking transactions, payments, and treasury management
- Prepare monthly financial closing reports and management reports for clients
- Present and explain financial reports to non finance clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- Finance: 4 years (Preferred)
- ERP systems: 4 years (Preferred)
- SAP: 4 years (Preferred)
- Oracle Quickbooks: 4 years (Preferred)
- Zoho Books: 4 years (Preferred)
- Xero: 4 years (Preferred)
- Tally: 4 years (Preferred)

Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards and maintain supporting documentation for all transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity.
- Review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and analyze variances against actual results.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve financial performance and enhance cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations.
- Prepare and review VAT returns and Corporate Tax computations.
- Oversee banking transactions, payments, and treasury management.
- Prepare monthly financial closing reports and management reports for clients.
Pay
- AED6,000.00 AED7,000.00 per month
