Responsibilities
- Plan and execute online and offline events including conferences, exhibitions, webinars, AMAs, networking events, and community meetups
- Coordinate with partners, sponsors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery
- Work closely with the Marketing team to promote events and maximize attendance and engagement
- Represent 9X Markets at industry events and build relationships with clients, partners, and the Web3 and trading community
- Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets, and post event reporting
- Identify new event opportunities and partnerships that support brand awareness and community growth
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in event marketing, event management, or similar role
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, or online trading preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Proactive, detail oriented approach with strong problem solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, remote environment

About the Role
- 9X Markets is looking for an Event Marketing Specialist to help create engaging experiences that connect our global community across the trading, fintech, and Web3 industries.
- From international conferences and exhibitions to webinars, AMAs, and community meetups, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering events that strengthen our brand, build meaningful relationships, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute online and offline events, including conferences, exhibitions, webinars, AMAs, networking events, and community meetups.
- Coordinate with partners, sponsors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to promote events and maximize attendance and engagement.
- Represent 9X Markets at industry events and build relationships with clients, partners, and the wider Web3 and trading community.
- Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets, and post event reporting.
- Identify new event opportunities and partnerships that support brand awareness and community growth.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in event marketing, event management, or a similar role.
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, or online trading is preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- A proactive, detail oriented approach with strong problem solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, remote environment.

- Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Experience: Event marketing: 2 years (Preferred); Web3: 2 years (Preferred)
